Get your documents legalised to begin trading internationally (or in the UK if you are a non-resident).
Why You May Need This Service:
If you are a non-resident in the UK or wish to trade in other countries, getting an Apostille document will allow you to have legal standing in the 105 countries within the Hague Convention. Under the 1961 Hague Convention, apostille documents which have been certified by a solicitor and then certified with a conformant apostille are accepted for legal and international use in all the nations that have signed the Hague Convention.
For countries that are not members of the Hague Convention, we are unable to advise if an apostille certificate will be accepted.
What Kind of Documents Can Be Apostilled:
For a limited by shares company you will receive the following in one bound document:
- A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum & Articles of Association
- A list of the current company officers
For a limited liability partnership, you will receive the following in the bound document:
- A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
- A list of the current company officers

How Long Will It Take?
It generally takes the FCDO 21-26 working days to process and deliver the documents to our office. We then post it to you via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
